Breweries/Wine
Sooooo many breweries in Denver! We've collated Beer and Wine into the same list (as appalling as that may be). Unfortunately (by nature) they're a little difficult to remember after the fact. Unlike the food scene!
A great taproom about 300 feet from the house, featuring breweries from around the world (featured monthly)!

Food scene
There's lots of great food in Denver, essentially in every direction. Highlands (West Denver) is a young and affluent neighborhood with lots of fine dining. RiNo (River North) is more of the "party" area of Denver, but also has tons of great food sprinkled throughout. South Broadway is a popular art district with more ethnic foods, and Colfax (which runs East/West) is also pretty popular in the ethnic food department.
A 5-star restaurant, right off our front porch! It's pricey, but a transformative dining experience.

Sightseeing
There's a lot of crossover between sightseeing and hiking, but we've attempted to curate those experiences by designating which are best for the sightseeing vs. which are best for the hiking itself. :)
