The big green area on your doorstep! It's famous for being the site of the first cricket games and is protected land. Nice for a stroll and to get stunning views across Ranmore and Box Hill.

A hidden gem of a walk through the remains of an old stately home. Head over Cotmandene to a gap in the tree line, cross the road, head right for 50m and you'll see the entry on your left. There are myriad paths across the site, past remains of old monuments and parts of the garden, and you can even walk over to Betchworth, where there are remains of a castle to explore. Fantastic views over the South Downs too.
