Small town, hole in the wall restaurant with great food for cheap prices. Some of the best chili dogs, breakfast sandwiches, burgers etc. We always stop for a chili dog or breakfast sandwich when in town. You have to try their cinnamon rolls!! The best!

White water rafting on the famous Ocoee River. This was the 96 Olympic kayaking course. Great family or friend adventure. Class 2,3 and 4 rapids. Fantastic guides.

One of my favorites days was spent on Lake Blue Ridge. We rented a pontoon boat with our family from Lake Blue Ridge Marina. Absolutely gorgeous. You can rent the boat for a half of a day or a full day. Make sure they include the tube with the boat so you can go tubing!

This is a great family activity for younger kids. A guide takes you down into one of the oldest gold mines in the country. You walk around the old mine and see much of the old equipment left down there. The guide discussed all the history of the mine. Fun time.
