5828 Cape Harbour DrCity/town information
This is both a beach and a town. It was severely damaged in hurricane Ian but has recovered somewhat. The beach is restored but many of the restaurants and other tourist amenities are still rebuilding. There is a new Margaritaville Resort on the beach that has several decent restaurants and bars to visit both on and off the beach. Cross the bridge (no toll) before 9am and leave the island before 3pm to avoid the heaviest traffic during high season (Thanksgiving through Memorial Day). Spend the day people and boat watching.
