Great for families. You stay in your car, but you are up close and personal with bears, tigers, wolves, deer and so much wildlife. There is also a park where you can visit different animals and a petting zoo.

At Parks exit, go across I-40 and follow Garland Prairie Rd towards White Horse Lake. Turn onto FS 109; the trailhead is just before reaching White Horse Lake.

This is a beautiful drive from Flagstaff to Sedona. Just take exit 179 from I-17 and head towards Sedona. Slide Rock Park is along the way. The views are beautiful.
