St. Malo Dam
The Senkiw Bridge and Crow Wing Trail This is a historic part of the Trans Canada Trail. The suspension bridge currently in place replaced the original one from 1946 which was built to allow children to cross the river as they walked up to 2 miles to school. Before that, the children had a wood basket they would climb into and they would get pulled across. The trail goes past some historic farm sites, some great prairie and through some forest, but the bridge and the river are the most interesting part. Find more details on the All Trails website
