Coastal Condo House Rules and Condo Specifics
This section is our welcome book, we hope this digital access is helpful prior and during your stay.
Check-in and Condo specifics:
Anglers Cove HOA does require that all guests check-in for a week with their office upon arrival. They do require a completed guest form.
I will be completing this form and will need the following information as soon as possible:
Name and mailing address of each guest
Phone contact for each guest
Vehicle information, include color, make, model, license plate # and state
**If rental, send once picked up.
Once HOA receives all information they will activate the FOB key which allows you access to the 2 community pools.
Address and lockbox codes will be sent to you on the day of arrival.
Parking is located in our assigned Carport for our condo- clearly marked with D202. .
CONDO ACCESS: Access into the condo is through the front door on the 2nd level. Up only one stair level!
As you enter the condo, you will see a master key on a yellow wristband hanging on a key holder on the entryway wall. This will be there for you to use during your stay and must be returned to the same spot at check-out.
If you need a bell cart for luggage or use of an elevator, both are located in the center area of the building between buildings C and D. Please return the bell cart to the same location you found it if using.
CONDO LIVING ROOM
AIR CONDITIONING/HEAT: We require leaving the air conditioning on AUTO (not on) and the system runs at a temp set at a comfortable 74 -78 degrees when all entry doors and sliders are closed. It does not function lower than 74. This is a very comfortable temp. Please don’t try to go lower.
TV:
Use the small Hisense-Roku TV remote
SmartCast - Instant access to the best selection of apps from top-tier streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, HBO Max, and many more.
Also, Apple AirPlay 2 and Chromecast Built-In - Stream, control, mirror and share your content from your Apple or Android devices directly to the TV.
*Summit Broadband Remote will give you access to LIVE TV Cable channels.
*To use cable, turn on Roku TV then turn Summit cable box on with summit remote. Once on, press and hold the cable button (located on top right) for a couple of seconds while aimed at box. Once released, continue to use the summit remote to change cable channels. Use “Guide” as your channel listings.
*Roku Password to download additional services will be given to you upon check-in.
A smart TV has been added to the bedroom! This is not connected to the cable. Only Smart.
CONDO FEATURES: This Condo does have 2 floors. The 2nd floor is the main living space area of the condo with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and primary bedroom and bath.
The living room sofa has a sleeper with a queen-size memory foam mattress. Sheets and blankets are in the primary bedroom closet and extra pillows are on the king bed.
The entire condo has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We ask that you respect all furnishings and fixtures while staying with us to keep them all in perfect condition for guests that follow your stay.
LAUNDRY: A community laundry room is located on the 4th floor directly off the elevator. The master key opens the laundry room door. Each machine takes $2.00 - $2.50 to run. The machines take a blue card that is prepaid and loaded through a card machine. There is an online app too that skips the card step. All information is posted in the laundry room.
Our lamps are controlled by a lamp switch. The kitchen and bathroom lights have light switches.
COFFEE MAKER: The Cuisinart Coffee Center features a fully-automatic 12-cup coffeemaker on one side and a single-serve brewer on the other. If you need help with how to use please reference below:

SHEETS AND TOWELS: All beds have clean & fresh sheets. You will find clean towels in the bathroom and additional linen in the primary closet. Please put wet towels in the laundry basket as needed, not on the floor.
CABANA LEVEL: The first floor of the condo is a bonus cabana that provides additional space including a fully renovated 2nd bathroom!
It's a place to enter after the beach and/or pool to clean off and store some items. It is located off the carport. It is climate-controlled by a portable AC unit controlled by a remote which is kept on top of the AC unit.
The floors are original pebble-stone and the sliders (older style) open up to a small outdoor space.
The condo does have a wooden spiral staircase off the 2nd-floor enclosed balcony to access along with the carport door. Please be careful going up and down these stairs by holding on to the railing, and always assist those in need.
We do have our “old” bikes in the cabana, if you wish to use them, we have a form for you to sign. They are old and have seen many road miles.
If you are a biker, rentals are available on the Island.

The cabana pedestrian door leads out to the carport and locks automatically, if you close the door you will need to go back to 2nd level to return to the condo.
POOL ACCESS: We have provided 4 pool towels in the primary bedroom closet. The FOB (see below) will open both pool gates (north and south).
MASTER KEY and FOB. You will find it on the "key" wall holder at the 2nd-level front door entryway. This key and FOB are attached to a yellow wristband. The master key opens the 2nd level main entrance door, laundry room door, and the cabana pedestrian door.
The FOB opens up the pool gates and community bathrooms.
Please do not lose this key, it's a 100.00 charge to replace.

Biking the Island is a great way to see everything.
If you enjoy biking and the weather is comfortable, we suggest renting a bike or a golf cart to get around to the beach, shoppes, restaurants, and or entertainment.

2. MADEIRA BEACH ACCESS POINT: 2.6 miles
sidewalk between the Royal Seafarer and the Madeira Condominiums at 350 South Collier Blvd. No parking, this is when biking is the perfect option.
3. MARRIOTT BEACH ACCESS POINT: 3.7 miles
South Collier Blvd. Access sidewalk is between the Charger Club & Vacation Club. The nearest parking is at the Turtle Lot Parking on S. Collier Blvd.
4. SOUTH MARCO PUBLIC: 3.9 miles
public parking lot for the sidewalk access is on Swallow ave.
