The new plaza by the court house has stunning views of the falls. In Spring it especially stunning with the water volume increased by the winter run off. A truly must see.
I also recommend going to Anthony's restaurant at Lincoln and Summit Parkway for a dining/happy hour view of the river. Early bird specials: "sunset menu"
