Excellent food, with a lovely service, Open from 17.00 every day from April till October. Traditional Hungarian cousine, could order from straight from the Beehive oven ( 1 day notice required usually) Highly recommended!

Tasty BBQ, free delivery to Zalakaros ( menu and info on their facebook page), but if you out and about around Kis-Balaton, it's deffo worth a visit.

One of the best, if not the best ice cream parlour in Hungary, and a service with a smile. There are queues sometimes, but it's worth waiting.

Perfect at the summer with a huge grassy outside area with plenty of pools, slides, food and drink outlets. Everything is included in the tickets, so if you like waterslides as much as me, this is your place. At winter you can enjoy the indoor area, with thermal water, family fun area, sauna, steam and a spa!

Verkehrsmittel
Zalakaros
Parking is free in Zalakaros, although finding an empty space could take some time in peak times. Because of this, and because the size of the city it's best to get around by foot, or on bikes. ( 2 provided free of charge) Well maintained cycle network with clear signs!
Nicht verpassen
The Musts!
Do not miss our beautiful Kis-Balaton ( best on bicycle), Lake Balaton, if you have enough time Keszthely, and last but not least a walk in the hilly side of Zalakaros. Saturday afternoon farmer market in Nagykanizsa!
