This small fishing village is a short walk from the condominium. There is a public boat launch, park, restaurants, and souvenir shops. It is a popular place during holidays and weekends. The Bioluminescent Bay Kayak Tours leave from here nightly and there are water taxis to that will take you to the nearby islands on the weekends.

The beach is beautiful and there are lots of activities to do in the area. If you want to hike a little there are two secluded beaches about 20 minutes from Seven Seas. Playa Escondida and Playa Colora. The trail to both of these beaches is at the end of beach at Seven Seas.
