Essentials
It's kind of outrageous to call Borough Market 'Essentials' - it's one of the prime food markets in London and sells everything from fresh English oysters to chanterelle mushrooms, French cheese, and obscure Australian sweets. If you want to cook, treat yourself and get your ingredients here... YOU'RE ON HOLIDAY! So so good. While you're shopping, get something from one of the food stalls. Yum.
