Best gelato in the world! And I'm not even exaggerating. Best known for their Salted Caramel and White Chocolate flavour and also their eye popping specials (think Peanut Pretzel Brownie or Pina Colada or the wildest combo you can imagine!). They also have a great range of dairy free sorbet.

Italian, but not as you know it. Imaginative, hip, seasonal and all with an Asian twist.

My favourite Sydney restaurant! It's a Sydney icon for good reason, serving up modern Australian Chinese dishes that are beautiful in flavour with a distinctive Australian twist. The duck is her most famous dish, but I often find myself craving the XO eggs. Go hungry!

If you are heading to the Rocks and looking for some fine dining, Sake is by far the best option. Serving up Californian Japanese (think sashimi with jalapeños and teriyaki burger balls). It also has a great bar if you need to wet the whistle after sightseeing.

Headed up by two chefs who have been responsible for some of Sydney's best dining over the years, this is an aching cool restaurant that is Japanese inspired. Rightly famous for its green tea soft serve, though there is not much on the menu that doesn't score 5 stars.
