Animal lovers rejoice! A couple who have done a magnificent job of rescuing dogs. They keep them on a farm in nearby Alajuela province. You must plan ahead and check dates to see when you can run with the dogs. Great experience and you can contribute to their cause. Spend the day on the farm and literally run with the dogs. Make sure to bring a change of clothes and comfortable shoes or plastic boots.

This fabulous coffee plantation and learning center will be a great learning experience. The coffee is my personal favorite. The farm is located in the Heredia province and approximately 20-30 minutes away from this Airbnb.
