Twigs is a favorite for sure. The downtown Twigs is located on an upper level of the downtown mall but doesnt have a closed in feeling. Ask for a seat by a window looking down onto Main Street.
The north side Twigs is located north of Hastings Rd in Wandermere off Hwy#395. This location has a lovely koi pond and patio dining.

This is the heart of Spokane. The tower in the picture is a remnant of the 1974 World's Fair. The building on the right is the historic Looff Carrousel dating back to 1909. Take a spinning ride and then head down to the river along many pathways and past interesting viewpoints and landscaping accents.
This gem of a park is safe and beautiful. View the river rapids where fast flowing water has slowing carved the basalt rock into lovely formations. Take a closer look at the falls and skip on down several flights of stairs off Post street. A gondola ride is another fun Spokane experience.
Spokane means Children of the Sun and has deep roots in our Native American history and culture.

This a great little museum that is perfect for all, even the person who doesn't do museums. It's a hands on visit to see old fighting birds.
