Very impressive Soviet memorial and a beautiful riverside.
Not the most beautiful of parks, but often some live music, lots of groups and a busy vibrant vibe in summer. Also has a lot of bars and food places in the surrounding streets. Sometimes a few too many sketchy figures at night - watch out!
