A place with foodtrucks offering a wide range of delicious international snacks in good prices. It’s a great place to try „Maczanka krakowska” - a 3-century old traditional local snack, served as a burger with a slowly cooked pulled pork with a rich sauce. It was a favourite snack of local cabmen in the XVII century. Chances are that it was a very first burger ever! You can try it from the yello „Andrus” foodtruck.

Great soups and a huge breaded pork chop with a pan-fried cabbage or beetroot are a must try!

Życie nocne
This is a typical snack and shot bar - a very Polish phenomenon that swept the country in recent years.
These trendy, formulaic budget bars cash in on communist nostalgia and the appeal of low prices by offering a wide range of spirits and a small selection of simple, local appetisers, known as „Polish Tapas” - such as a „Marinated herring”, „Beef tartar”, „Pork/chicken jelly”, „bread and lard”, „Bigos” (a hunter’s stew), goulsh or a selection of soups. All served for around 10 (-ish) PLN each.
Very popular among local and foreign students, quite often open until early morning hours.

One of the first bars in Kazimierz, Singer set the table for all that was to come, essentially inventing the evocative aesthetic of cracked mirrors, dusky paintings, rickety antiques and candlelight associated with the district today. Despite its long tenure, lofty reputation and intrusion of tourists, today Singer still holds much of the magic it did when it first opened. A charismatic, even chimerical cafe by day, Singer hits its stride around 03:00 when tabletops turn into dancefloors, the regulars abandon their drinks to dip and spin each other to an energetic mix of gypsy, klezmer, balkan, swing and film music, the entire bar begins to feel like a ferris wheel ready to fly off its axis and the boundaries of time are obliterated. Yeah, we've had a few good ones here 😉

Located across the Wisła river in an old and formerly abandoned hotel, Forum Przestrzenie is a great all day location to either have a nice meal (breakfast, lunch, a snack from a foodtruck), a drink whilst chilling on a sunbed just by the river (with a great view of the Wawel Castle) or to tap your foot to a club music played by a DJ at night. One of Krakow’s most original and popular places.
