Rocky Mountain National Park. You couldn’t go wrong going to Rocky Mountain NP, and you would drive through Estes Park to get there. Just google easy hikes in RMNP and scenic roads for RMNP, lunch is great in Estes, super cute town, you could also hit Boulder on the way out
