We find the Zoo to be the best enjoyed earlier in the morning before it gets too hot, and don't forget bathing suits and water shoes for the kiddos to cool off in the Splash Pad play area!

333 S Franklin StWe really enjoyed the aquarium's Dolphin Cruise! The kiddos were thrilled to see the dolphins out playing in the water and the views from the boat were gorgeous. The ride was not too long and not too short, just right for holding the kids' attention. Highly recommend!

The park is located next to the water and is just a short walk to the Bayshore Boulevard walking path. There is also a pier, a boat ramp, and a spot to grab a bite to eat.
Picnic Island Park is another family favorite for us. It's so close to the house and perfect for popping out for a quick family trip. There is a playground, a climbing play set, swings, a beach, a boat ramp, a kayak launch, and a frisbee golf course.
