Downtown restaurants & bars
Downtown Lafayette is where most of the nightlife is & can get very busy on weekends. There are many restaurants & bars & I’ve listed a few. Jefferson Street is the heart of downtown & you can walk there in about 10 or 15 minutes. We recommend walking through the neighborhood rather than on the busy roads. You can cross University & take aright onto Evangeline Dr. Take a left on Congress or cross over & in one block take a left onto Versailles .
