One of the best beaches in the area for swimming and body surfing, Las Palmas is located just south of town at Km. 57. The beach offers groves of palm trees, a lagoon and rock formations on both sides. It is a privately owned beach, however the owner permits visitors and opens the gates from 6 am. to 6 pm. No campfires or camping. *The parking is fairly secluded. While Todos Santos is generally very safe, take all belongings outside of the car.

Todos Santos - La PazOne of the best beaches in the area for swimming and body surfing, Las Palmas is located just south of town at Km. 57. The beach offers groves of palm trees, a lagoon and rock formations on both sides. It is a privately owned beach, however the owner permits visitors and opens the gates from 6 am. to 6 pm. Formerly called Playa El Estero, San Pedrito is popular surfing beach. The beach is not safe for swimming due to sea urchins. There is a small fishing village located a short distance from the beach. From December thru March, it is common to see whales swimming offshore. Camping is permitted.

Playa Punta Lobos is the closest beach to Todos Santos. Located just 1.2 miles south of the center off of highway 19, the beach offers a sea lion colony, swimming when good conditions/fishermen are out, and a historic lighthouse. The beach is also where local fisherman launch their pangas and return with fresh fish around 3 pm. Often, the fishermen will sell directly there. The San Cristobal is also located here.

La Paz-Todos los SantosPlaya Punta Lobos is the closest beach to Todos Santos. A great place to relax in the sun and swim up to a pool bar, El Faro offers both beach and pool seating, good food, and great cocktails. Day passes may be purchased.
