Taking walks up any street or alleyway will expose you to a wide variety of architecture and style. Most of the area features 100 year old homes, like our own.
We love walking to either of the lakes featured in the pictures. Either are a half mile away.
Lake Morton is one mile around and is home to a large variety of water birds. Most especially, the swans, which descend from Queen Elizabeth’s personal stock of swans a number of years ago.
Lake Hollingsworth is nearly three miles around and more suited for exercise, but is also a lovely and safe walking or biking area, day or night.
