Monastiri Beach (the beach of the monastery of Agios Ioannis a small rocky bay surrounded by huge rocky hills.
This beach lies in the Agios Ioannis Bay.
The water stays at waist level for a good 100 metres and there is good opportunity for snorkeling. The sand is surprisingly deep and very sludgy.
This beautiful sandy beach has crystalline waters and is very popular for its beauty.
In summer, various events are organized on Monastiri Beach such as concerts, beach parties, various contests, etc.
Agios Ioannis Rentis
Monastiri Beach (the beach of the monastery of Agios Ioannis a small rocky bay surrounded by huge rocky hills.
