Park either at Broadsands or Churston Ferrers and walk along the s/w coastal path to Brixham for some spectacular views. Quite a bit of up and down the cliffs but we’ll worth it (5 miles or 3 miles) https://www.southwestcoastpath.org.uk/walksdb/619/

Harbour’s beautiful and there are some lovely little individual shops/cafes/bars. If you’ve walked from Paignton or even Torquay you can always get the ferry or bus back- a lovely treat for tired legs.
