With Dom and his amazing team, Birdies is a regular haunt for Matt, as the coffee and breakfast menu is hard to beat. Right on the Hayle Estuary, a keen bird watcher will be in heaven with waffles and fresh berries, a latte and a pair of binoculars. A must if you are heading out and about away from the town.
