This coffee house so charming. Several sitting areas, including an entire wrap around porch out front. It supports local artists both product and musically. It has evening and day events. It is also great to bring a book and relax for an hour or two.

Street Tacos. This is a great little taco stand stop a few minutes from the house. Delicious! Walkable, but I usually drove if it was super hot. You will have to cross a fairly busy street, but there are sidewalks available for walking. The Pooler Recreation park is about halfway to the taco stand, with a playground and ball fields for the kiddos.

Sightseeing
This is an amazing gem just five minute drive from the house. If you are into history and WWII this place is amazing. It is much larger than it looks. You could very quickly walk through in an hour or so, but if you want to enjoy it, definitely set aside a couple of hours. This place really is amazing. It also has a dining area. Get online and get some tickets. You can book tours ahead, or do a self-guided tour. The traditional English pub serves lunch from 11-2. However, if you want to make an event of it here (which I have not yet, but would like to) you can purchase ticket packages 30 days in advance that would include a tour and either lunch or dinner prepared by the in-house restaurant Miss Sophie's Marketplace.
