The coffee is from Peru from sustainable farms and the farmers are paid a fair price. The coffee is roasted here in the South Avenue shop by one of the women. If your stay is a for a few days, you can even request a blend or flavor to be made (need to order at least 1 pound) just for you to be picked up.
