Local gem! Great fusion sushi and fish tacos. They have a lemongrass miso soup that is a great starter on cold or rainy nights.

My favorite lunch spot in Louisville, uncontested! If you like salmon, get the house-cured salmon tartine. Very fresh food prepared in the best combination of healthy & delicious. Also, their bread is used by many prestigious restaurants around town because it's the best!! Not opened Sunday or Monday... don't make the same sad mistake I have of showing up when they aren't open ;)

Best local doughnuts in Louisville. They have a bacon doughnut with maple syrup icing that is phenomenal! Also, it's right beside Sunergos Coffee, so I usually grab a doughnut & chai latte for a super-healthy breakfast ;)

This is a great pedestrian/cycling bridge that was recently opened. I would suggest walking over it to the Indiana side in the afternoon, grabbing a bite to eat with our Indiana neighbors, then walking back across the bridge at night with all the lights transitioning and classical music greeting you near the midway point!

Lovely park that gets a lot of use by walking, cyclists, mountain bikers (yes, there are plenty of trails), soccer players, archers, etc. There is a great loop that will take you around a large portion of the park. Lots of places to park & relax.

21C (twenty 1st century) Museum + Hotel is one of the most interesting places to visit in Louisville. Great artwork and interactive exhibits. I would usually grab a dessert in the bar at Proof on Main (attached restaurant) then meander through the various rooms. Great photo moments too :)
