This world-famous national park is a must-see and is only an hour drive from our condo. Depending on how busy Zion is, you'll either park in the near-by Springdale and take a shuttle to the entrance to Zion or park at the Zion Visitor Center. From the Visitor Center, you'll take a shuttle through Zion and get off at whatever stop you prefer. The shuttles run every 10-15 minutes and will take you from the Visitor Center all the way to the last stop of Temple of Sinawava.
The more popular hikes include Angel's Landing and The Narrows. Angel's Landing is strenuous and not for those afraid of heights. The Narrows is a short walk and is wheelchair accessible.
Fees (all are valid for 7 days): $35/private vehicle; $30/motorcycle; $20/person (typically for bicyclists and pedestrians, 15yrs and younger free).

Southern end: From I-15 take Exit 4 onto W. Brigham and go to the traffic circle; exit on Pioneer Road and head 0.6 mile to right turn on Man O' War Road. Continue another 0.7 mile to entrance, (first right after crossing Virgin River), Man O' War Road trailhead.
Northern end: To get to the Sullivan Soccer Park trailhead near the northern endpoint of the trail, from I-15 take exit 10 towards Washington City and merge onto S Green Springs Dr/North Green Spring Drive. Turn left onto W State St/W Telegraph St, and stay on it for just over a mile and then make a right turn onto 300 N. Continue on Washington Fields Road. Make a left onto Industrial Road and up to the Sullivan Virgin River Soccer Park parking lot.

This 8 acre park located along the Virgin River and adjacent to Seegmiller Marsh is a good location for bird watchers. This park offers a lighted half basketball court, children's playground with swings, restroom facility, covered pavilion with picnic tables and a barbecue and a walking path with bench swings surrounding a beautiful large pond home to many varieties of ducks and geese. Future improvements include trail connection to the regional trail system via the Virgin River Trail South Trail.
