Food and Restaurants
Regarding food/groceries, there is a Target and Publix very close to the house where you can stock up on supplies. As far as restaurants, the surrounding area has a lot of food options from quicker/cheaper options to fine dining and some even very close to the Harbor/Yacht Club. In the house you'll find some names and $ amount in the Welcome booklet. For even more options, I would recommend using Yelp online since it provides reviews for all the surrounding places.
