If you're celebrating a special occasion and have the budget, Altura is THE place to go! Make sure to request for a bar seat so you can watch some live cooking action. We love all the small plates they serve and if you have extra budget, definitely go for the option with truffles!!!

This is no doubt Seattle's favorite restaurant!! If you are celebrating a special occasion, Canlis is an amazing place to go. Make sure to make a reservation wayyy in advance and if you can, request for a seat by the window. The restaurant is set atop a hill and overlooks some of the best views Seattle has to offer! If the dinner is too pricey or you weren't able to get a reservation, the bar does walk-ins as well!

Don't forget your rain jacket! Umbrellas are a maybe...
Seattle actually rains a lot less than people think and we do get tons of glorious sunny days...but yes, we do get some light rain. When it does rain, Seattleites usually survive with just a hooded rain jacket! This is essential...unless you want to look like an obvious tourist with an umbrella :P

Boeing Future of Flight Tour
Boeing's Future of Flight (not to be confused with the Museum of Flight) is probably the #1 tour I recommend! It is an amazing tour giving visitors an insight to Boeing's factory where you'll get to see actual planes being built! However, it can get pretty booked up so I highly recommend booking in advance so that you get the date and time that is most ideal. You can book your tickets here: https://www.boeingfutureofflight.com

The Spheres
Experience the tropics right in Seattle by visiting The Spheres! Built by Amazon, The Sphere's is a tropical rainforest inside these huge glass domes. There is an amazing donut place located inside called General Porpoise (my favorite is the chocolate marshmallow donut) but above all, the tropical floral and fauna is not to be missed! The Spheres are open to the public every 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month but if you're not in Seattle during that time, some limited spots open for reservations on their website here: https://www.seattlespheres.com/the-spheres-weekend-public-visits
