An oversize living room serving sushi in a leafy residential neighborhood, a block away from the apartment. It's been there for a while, so no reclaimed wood and no Edison bulbs in sight, but there are DYI origami supplies at every table and discounts on sake when it's raining. Oh, and the sushi is great.

Across the street from the adorbs sushi joint Amasia, this is a more upscale affair and more difficult to get a table at. Walk-ins happen, though probably not a lot. Very cozy, very tasty, very attentive service (the staff are apparently all French, so that's kindof amazing in itself :)
