A small pub with live music every night. Mainly traditional and folk. If you want to hear some true trad sounds then this is the place. As it's so small it can get crowded but if you can get a good spot it's well worth it. Get a few drams down you and get lost in the sounds.

A wonderful pub with an open fire, great atmosphere for the live music sessions, Sunday being the best (1500-1800). Child friendly with a large beer garden right in front of the beach. Definitely worth checking out if your in the area.

Edinburgh's beach in Portobello. But don't come expecting a beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear warm sea as it's no Costa Del Sol! However it's well worth the trip to Porty if the weather is good. Sandy beach and promenade with a few good places to eat/drink, including the Espy, Beach House and Dalriada (fantastic on a Sunday for the music session) See more about the Dalriada under Arts & Culture.
