Visit the imposing XII century Gothic Cathedral of Saint Peter, marriage place of Eleanor of Aquitaine to Henry II and the church of Saint Radegonde where the saints tomb is located in the crypt. The Romanesque church Notre-Dame la Grande dates from the XI century, beautiful painted interior and stained glass windows..worth seeing during the illuminations. The Museum Sainte-Croix is well worth a visit, also great for shopping.
