We are centrally located just 20 minutes from Downtown Lakeland or Winter Haven and just 45 minutes from Downtown Tampa or Downtown Orlando. Casita Papaya is 15 minutes from LegoLand, 35 minutes to the Disney theme parks and less than an hour to Universal Studios! Several beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are just 60 miles west. Cocoa Beach, 100 miles east.
