Beaches are a must!
Pensacola is really nice, especially if you are heading to the beach. For a great beach, check out Fort Pickens. There is a small entry fee but it is a National Shoreline Reserve and there are usually less people there which is really nice. Take the ferry from downtown!

Places with great food.
Good restaurants are Carmen’s downtown pensacola, East Hill Deli for the avocado and roasted chicken sandwich, Jackson's (prime rib special Monday night and lobster special Tuesday night), Fish House, and Dharma Blue. Other great restaurants that IRON on Palafox, Union Public House, McGuire's, or End of the Line Cafe if you prefer vegan options. Jaco’s is great for happy hour drinks beforehand and a nice sunset view. Other restaurants with a view are Hemingway's, Grand Marlin, Casino Beach, andOar House. A burger place that has been around for a long time is Jerry's Drive In.

Hiking and paddleboarding ideas!
Good places to hike and enjoy are Naval Live Oaks National Seashore Park in Gulf Breeze and the Bluffs off of Scenic Highway in Pensacola, Tarkiln Bayou Preserve, and trails near the University of West Florida. Great places for renting paddle board and kayaks are at Bayview Park in Pensacola and across the street from Margaritaville Beach Hotel (Little Sabine Bay) at Pensacola Beach. Another fun kayaking or tubing trip on the river is Adventures Unlimited in Milton, Florida.

Other things to do!
A great brewery downtown is Perfect Plain and check out Vinyl for live music. The Blue wahoos (our local baseball team) may have something going on too, check their website for details. National Aviation Museum and Lighthouse at NAS, and Historic District Museums like Dorr House and TT Wentworth (one price entry, I think), and Joe Patti's Seafood Market are all interesting. There is a market on Saturday morning on Palafox, about 7 blocks from here. Create your owns are fun glassblowing adventures across the street at First City Art Center; they also have pottery classes and youth art classes.
