Parks & Nature
The Sydostleden cycling trail is passing through Åhus on the section between Kristianstad and Brösarp (53 km). Take the opportunity to embark on a day trip along the well-maintained cycle path. Cycle south towards Brösarp if you want to experience the small fishing huts of Ålakusten and the beautiful beaches that stretch endlessly along the coast. Enjoy a coffee break at the Blåherremölla mill or make a detour for freshly smoked fish at Rökeriet between Åhus and Yngsjö.

The Sydostleden cycling trail is passing through Åhus on the section between Kristianstad and Brösarp (53 km). Take the opportunity to embark on a day trip along the well-maintained cycle path. Cycle south towards Brösarp if you want to experience the small fishing huts of Ålakusten and the beautiful beaches that stretch endlessly along the coast. Enjoy a coffee break at the Blåherremölla mill or make a detour for freshly smoked fish at Rökeriet between Åhus and Yngsjö.

Hiking: Åhus is located right on the Skåneleden Trail, Section SL6 Vattenriket. Walk the stretch between Ekenabben and Åhus (19 km) towards Kristianstad, or Åhus to Nyehusen (16 km) south past Äspet. Hike barefoot on the fine sandy beaches, the Gropahålet Nature Reserve, or the attractions in Vattenriket.
