There is not a lot to see, but if you are interested in Roman history the villa and small museum are definitely worth a visit. Pop in after lunch at the Rose and Thistle.

The diversity of walks you can access from the Bothy is huge.
A must visit for bluebells and spring flowers, but rich in bird and plant life at anytime of year.
