This modest shrine was first established in 1736 as a branch of Inari shrine. There are more than 32,000 Inari shrines with resident priests, which constitute almost a third of the total shrines in Japan. The entrance to an Inari shrine is usually marked by one or more vermilion torii gate(s). and two fox statues. They hold a symbolic item in their mouths or beneath a front paw such as a sheaf of rice, a scroll and a jewel. Inari is originally the tutelary god of rice cultivation. However, it also protects fishing, commerce and productivity in general. For this reason, many modern Japanese corporations have shrines dedicated to Inari on their premises.

MUSASHI-YA
This restaurant serves Iekei (literally home-style) Ramen, which is characterized by its thick, creamy, pork-flavored soy sauce broth with thick noodles.
You can customize your own by paying for adding toppings such as roasted pork fillet, seasoned boiled egg, boiled spinach, and dehydrated seaweed sheets. A bowl of steamed rice is free of charge. You can also choose the texture of the noodles from soft to hard, and the boldness of the soup stock from thin to thick for free. There are several free condiments you can add to your ramen on the table, however, I would recommend trying the soup and noodles without them first to taste the real flavor of the dish.
