Beaches
The three beautiful beaches here in Charleston!
This place is the top tourist beach in Charleston. You have the pier, many many great restaurants (one bar/restaurant is right on the beach - Blu) to choose from. There are many little tourist shops to venture into as well!

This beach is another popular spot for tourists, the pier here is private though! It is a beautiful beach, with some nice restaurants right on the beach as well. It does have less shops to go into than Folly and you have to pay to park at this beach.

Restaurants
There are way, way, way too many awesome restaurants in the area but I'll recommend some of my favorites and they range from all prices!
This place is your typical bar food, with some good seafood choices. It is right on Shem Creek, so it provides nice water views and a lot of times you will see Dolphins swimming in the creek. It is the lesser expensive restaurant compared to Tavern & Table and Saltwater Cowboys, but they play good live music also!

This place is right next to Red's on Shem Creek, it has amazing food but it is pricier. It is still right on the creek and you get the same view as Red's!

Again, there are so so so many places to go downtown, particularly on King Street, and it really depends on what scene/crowd you are into. These are just a few of my favorite places to go to.

Tourist Attractions
I personally have not been to every tourist attraction in Charleston yet (I'm working on it!), but here are some cool places.
If you would like to see the largest, oldest Angel Oak tree in the area, you'll have to drive a bit of a distance to see it, but it's super cool!
