This is a great Japanese restaurant - it's always busy but you should still be able to get a table if you book a day in advance. The food is authentic and tasty.

This is a noodle bar, and is very affordable but tasty! I recommend getting the Red Star noodle soup - for about £7 you'll get a delicious noodle soup with lots of fillings that I normally struggle to finish!

Great place to have a few pints. It's nicely decorated, busy but not overwhelming so, and they have a nice outside space as well.

Another great place to have a beer. They have a really neat selection of beers, a giant garden, and friendly staff! Just remember to bring cash because you can't pay by card here.
P.S. A little known fact is that you can bring your own food to this pub. Why not pick up a pizza from Il Principe and eat it with a pint of local beer at the Star?

A nice, prototypical British pub, with a good selection of ales. This pub has all kinds of hooks and crannies, with tables tucked away at every corner. Go here for your Britain fix, or a quiet pint in the evening!

Entertainment & Activities
The Ultimate Picture Palace, or UPP for short, is a great little cinema where they show fantastic arthouse films, or some of the Hollywood films before they leave Oxford for a good price (£9!). And of course it's also at walking distance, which is very convenient.
