It's called A 43 because the address is Agricultura # 43, right next to the apartment building. Great coffee and great comfort food, too, a few steps away from the entrance.
Since it doesn't have a web page, the AirBnB Guide doesn't recognize the url, just keep in mind it's right next to the building, NOT at the address the Time Out url says it is located.
