Here is a must go place for a wonderful view of the wye. Also here on the cliffs nest the Peregrine Falcons which you may see through a telescope. (or take binoculars). There is nearby parking too.

This viewpoint is located on the Offa's Dyke path overlooking the Wye Valley above Tintern Abbey offering spectacular views in all seasons. Access is from the Tintern Abbey car park where there is a route map. Good shoes are required and it is a climb to the ridge.

A great example of an English Heritage maintained castle with audio tour technology. A very interesting day out. Stunning views can be had from the towers and there is a café and shop for refreshments and souvenirs.
