Beautiful Edmonds is a 1-hour drive, and Machiavelli is an outstanding Italian restaurant in a cute, waterfront-adjacent, walkable neighborhood. Our favorite dish is hands-down the eggplant parmigiana, easily one of the best we've ever had.
