One of the largest (and few) parks of Paris. It's pretty and has lots of places on the grass with view where you can have a picnic or read a book under one of the large trees. You can also just go for a walk / run.

Large park by the canal. As opposed to "butes chaumont" it's flat and has less trees. Yet, there is also a lot of grass to sit on and the canal nearby is enjoyable.

The large boulevard Richard Lenoir that your windows provide a wide view over is actually hosting an underground canal. Just follow it going on the left side and you will discover the canal. It's great to walk along and many parisians enjoy sitting on it's side.

Use the citybikes (Velib) - station next door
Biking around the city is a great way to discover. Paris is small and mostly flat so biking is easy. Also, they also have electric bikes.
Download the Velib app in order to have access to the drop off stations and also the spots available. Bikes have a rating so you know which ones to use.
Finally, make sure that you don't keep the bikes for too long because that could end up being expensive.
