Enjoy all the lake has to offer in this adorable lake front cabin with amazing views! Watch the sunrise from the kitchen while you sip a cup of coffee. The sunsets from our beach can’t be beat. The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. No matter the time of year, amazing opportunities for bonding await you. Winter: you'll find a frozen lake perfect for ice fishing, skiing, cross-country, and more. Summer, trails and a dock with an entrance to the crystalline water. Fall: amazing leave colors and warm waters with plenty of choices: kayaking, paddle boarding, and a lift for your boat!

Sitting only steps from the lake with amazing lake views out your windows! Outdoor amenities to utilize including outdoor seating, grassy yard for outdoor activities, fire pit, a large sandbox right in front of the water, swimming, a large cemented basketball area with a hoop and basketballs, and a dock for fishing or if you chose to bring up your own watercraft you may use the dock to anchor it. Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.
