Include 2 bedrooms, living room with studio kitchen, shower room, oven and green open air place for barbeque. There are trampoline, toys and kids house in the yard. In summer we usually have kids and another guests in the yard. Attention! There are 2 euro entry pass in Jurmala since 1st April till 1st October! Внимание!

This Studio apartment (18 m2) is perfect for students, interns & young professionals. It has modern furniture, private bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge, a sink and a microwave, but WITHOUT A STOVE. For cooking, it’s possible to use a COMMON KITCHEN which is located on the same floor. Apartment is located in a newly renovated building. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building, you must climb stairs (3rd, 4th or 5th floor).

Separate room-studio (11 m2). Separate entrance. Clean and recently renovated. Quiet. Speed WI-FI. Non-smoking. 20 min by walk or 7 min by transport to Old Riga. Mini kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle, washing machine. WC is shared. There is no shower for the Guest in this room. Guest can use a shower in nearest Gym Hall. There is a pond nearby, the depth of which is 3 m, you can swim in both summer and winter. Closed territory of 1ha, also suitable for domestic animals. The price includes a fully equipped house, sauna, firewood, dishes, towels, washing machine, bed linen, charcoal for grill, etc.
