Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

The Game House is located in Riverside; Jacksonville's most fun neighborhood. It features four bikes, full-size arcade games, board games, darts, Wii, and a unique country western BARn in the backyard! Our backyard also has a firepit with adirondack chairs, a grill, corn hole, horse shoes, a lasso game, and (obviously) 'smores kits! Walk to bars, restaurants, yoga studios, shops, & more. The red sofa in the living room converts into a queen bed . There is a large dining room that seats 4 but can be extended to seat 6. A really huge backyard for pets, parking, bbq and any other activity that aligns with our house rules.
