The Richmond Hills have lots of walking and mountain bike trails with fantastic views over the Tasman Bay. Rabbit Island with its wonderful beach and spectacular scenery is also a great place to enjoy the day and just 15 min away by car.

Five minutes from Richmond. You have your own driveway, and private front lawn. The cottage is two storied with a bedroom upstairs- King bed. Lounge/dinning/kitchen/bathroom are downstairs. Kitchen consists of fridge, microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, jug,bench oven. Laundry- with washing machine. Pets on request

Located on the Tahunanui hillside with views to the distant mountains. It is an easy 1.3 km walk to the beach (15 min.) -or 5 min drive. CBD is 6km away. Bus stop is 13m walk.
