Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with laundry room with washer and a dryer; open-plan dining for 10, TV lounge and formal living room opening to a large deck with fireplace, hot tub and BBQ. Children’s room with cot (extra mattress possible), king-size master, half-bath plus full bath with tub, shower and deck access. Upstairs: sofa-bed landing with TV, two bedrooms with 140 cm beds, and a shower bathroom.
