Island View Studio is a free standing Balinese influenced studio of approx 60 sq metres with full width bi fold doors opening to a 40 sq metre deck with BBQ and outddoor furniture , views to Phillip Island and overlooking the private in ground pool. The Studio is set on 3 acres at the end of a quiet country lane in rural surrounds and is the only guest accommodation on the property and has its own separate driveway.

Birch Creek Farm & Cottages invites you to come and stay with us at The June. The farm is tucked into the foot of the Mornington Peninsula Hinterland, only minutes away from the front bay beaches and a short drive from the rugged coastline and waves of the Peninsula back beaches. In all directions you will find a bounty of cafes, independent stores, markets, wineries, restaurants and walks to enjoy.

The Shed

Set amongst a mini olive grove & with gorgeous valley views the The Shed is a converted machinery shed and a great place to escape. A kids paradise with highland cows, a horse called Billy & two Nigerian dwarf goats called Marshmallows and Smores . Surrounded by some of Australia's best wineries and beaches The Shed is a fabulous place to base yourself while you explore the Mornington Peninsula.

Driftwood @ McCrae

Our one bedroom studio apartment with ensuite is conveniently located 1 km from McCrae beach set in 2/3 acre of garden. It comfortably sleeps two and is dog friendly only (no cats). However, I need to know in advance if you intend bringing your dog. You also have the use of a deck with bar-b-q and sea glimpses which is adjoining the main house not the guest house.

Carawah House

A fully equipped stunning studio apartment located on the hills of Arthurs Seat and a great ocean view featuring wifi and small kitchenette. This central location unlocks the entire peninsula, central to local wineries, Arthurs Seat chairlift and a short drive to local beaches and nearby attractions like the Ashcombe Maze and Seawinds National Park.

Beauford Lodge

My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).

Woodland Cottage at Hideaways Red Hill

Woodland Cottage is perfect for a country escape for two. Stay in and enjoy the corner spa, and private courtyard - or head out to explore the vineyards and local restaurants. Woodland Cottage is part of 'Hideaways at Red Hill'. Unfortunately the gas fire is temporarily unavailable due to delays with parts.
